PaymentWe accept the following credit / debit cards

We also accept payment by cheque but please note that payment made this way will take longer to dispatch as we wait for the funds to successfully clear in our bank account prior to dispatch.
All orders should either be telephoned or emailed through to us. Upon successful completion, you will be issued with an Order Reference Number which should be used when you contact us with any further enquires or problems pertaining to that order.
Printing
The better the artwork supplied the less time it takes to process your order. Poor quality artwork (or no artwork at all) can be redrawn, with a small set-up charge. To produce the best artwork possible we require a Vector file (.cdr ai. Eps.) or a jpeg/bitmap (300dpi).
Customer Samples
Samples supplied are fully refundable (except for postage and packing charges) provided the following rules are adhered to
- Returned within 14 days.
- Returned in their original condition.
- Returned with all tags and packaging complete.
- Returned in a saleable condition.
All orders should be sent or confirmed via email or fax to ensure the brand, style, colour, size and personalisation are all correct. Orders placed by telephone and not confirmed via fax or email will be entirely at the customers risk. We attempt to complete the order to the customer’s specification but are unable to take responsibility for non-confirmed or incorrect orders.
Items with personalisation are non-returnable. All products that have not been personalised may be returned in the condition they were received for inspection by our returns department prior to any action being taken, these must be received within 14 days of receipt and returned with all original labels and packaging intact. Damage caused by customers wear or use however minor will not be exchanged or refunded.
Delivery
We are committed to providing a high-quality and professional service. All stock items will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours if no personalization is required. Delays may at times be unavoidable due to circumstances beyond of our control. If we are unable to meet the agreed delivery schedule we will advise immediately of the problem, at this stage cancellations will be accepted, provided no personalisation has been carried out.
All items will be packaged securely and delivery charges are per weight of the order. You will be informed of these at the time of placing an order with us.
Shortages or Errors should be reported within 48 hours via telephone, fax or email.
Conditions of Sale
Every effort is made to ensure the goods purchased are of excellent manufacturing quality. Should there be an issue with the quality, we reserve the right to return the item to the original manufacturer for inspection, before deciding on the relevant action.
We reserve the right not to accept an order until the customer, either by a cleared cheque or an authorised credit card payment, has made full payment. Sporting Touch will then accept that a contract has occurred and we will endeavor to meet agreed delivery schedules. Delays at times may be unavoidable due to conditions out of our control by third party suppliers.
Order Cancellations
A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for all items cancelled. The customer is responsible for all costs in returning goods.
Please note
Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. When returning an item please include details of the reason for return, including, a copy of the original sales receipt. Customers must contact Sporting Touch before returning an item, to receive an authorisation number. Security
Please be assured that Sporting Touch will not pass your details onto any third party unless written authorisation has been received by us from you.
Sporting Touch is not responsible for the content of any externally links sites or for any damage caused by visiting this website or receipt of our newsletter due to any viruses or malicious worms.
